HR Consulting
HR consulting is external expertise that supports companies with strategy and delivery in areas such as hiring, engagement, culture, communication and talent management.

HR consulting is a broad field: organisation design, reward systems, performance management, training. PeopleHub focuses on the "people and communication" intersection of that field: employer branding, employee experience, internal communication and culture, so that HR processes are understood, owned and lived by employees.
When to bring in a consultant
- When qualified candidates become hard to find
- When engagement and attrition indicators worsen
- During growth, mergers or culture transformation
- When the HR team's communication and creative capacity is stretched
The PeopleHub approach
Consulting consists of research (discovery), a strategy map, a roadmap and delivery. Strategy does not stay in a report: the Branding & Creative and Digital Channel Management hubs deliver it, and results are reported against a KPI set.
