Talent Pool
In short
A talent pool is a community of qualified candidates a company builds relationships with and keeps in touch with for future roles.

Instead of searching from scratch for every opening, the company stays in regular contact with candidates who showed interest or stood out in earlier processes. The pool is kept warm with newsletters, event invitations, employee stories and personalised messages.
Why it matters
Hires from the pool are faster and cheaper; candidates who already know the company accept offers more often. Employer brand content is the fuel that keeps the pool alive.
How it is managed
- Segments: function, seniority, location
- A regular content flow: new roles, team news, events
- Privacy-compliant consent management
