Campus Communication
Campus communication is the communication an employer builds with university students and recent graduates around career opportunities, working life and company culture.
Students may first meet an employer at a careers fair, at a student society event or at a talk given by a graduate in their department. The value of that contact lies in helping students understand what work they could do and which path would lead them there.
At an event for engineering students, for example, a recently graduated employee can talk about their first project. At the end of the session, share the internship application date, the assessment steps and the person who will answer questions. Carry questions that keep coming up at the event into future campus content.
