Career Page

In short

The career page is the section of a company website that presents the employer brand, culture, open roles and application process to candidates: the digital shopfront of the employer brand.

[DRAFT] Prepared for team approval; this note will be removed once approved.

Most candidates visit the career page before applying. A good career page is more than a job list: it explains the EVP, employee stories, teams, locations, benefits and the steps of the hiring process; it loads fast on mobile and keeps the application form short.

Why it matters

The career page is where traffic from social media and job boards converts. If the page is weak, investment in career accounts never turns into applications.
