Employer Brand Audit
An employer brand audit systematically reviews every candidate and employee touchpoint, content and data set to reveal strengths and weaknesses.
[DRAFT] Prepared for team approval; this note will be removed once approved.
The audit is the diagnosis before strategy. Career page, job ads, social accounts, onboarding materials, internal channels and review platform comments are examined one by one and scored for consistency, freshness, tone and mobile experience.
Why it matters
Most companies do not know where their employer brand "leaks": the ad is good but the form takes 20 minutes; the career account is active but the career page is stuck in 2019. The audit prioritises the highest-impact fixes.
Scope
- External touchpoints: career page, ads, social media, review platforms
- Internal touchpoints: onboarding, intranet, leadership communication, special days
- Data: application funnel, eNPS, reasons for leaving
- Output: scorecard, findings, prioritised action list
