Message Recall
Message recall shows how far the target audience remembers the key message of an announcement or campaign after a set period.
Seeing a message on screen and recalling it later are different stages. Asking employees a week later what they remember from an announcement can show which idea stuck and which detail got mixed up with another message.
If the aim of a training application campaign is to communicate the deadline, for example, ask “When do applications close?” without offering options. Report the share of correct answers among valid responses. If you used prompts or options in the question, say so, and use the same method in the next measurement.
