Company Culture Assessment
A company culture assessment is a study of the values employees share, established habits and how decisions are really made in the organisation.
The assessment examines the relationship between the principles an organisation says it embraces and employees’ everyday experience. Surveys make general patterns visible. Interviews and focus groups help explain which behaviours these patterns come from.
For example, look at the statement “You can speak your mind openly here” together with the question “When was a decision in your team last challenged, and what happened next?” Interpret the answers with the circumstances of different teams and sites in mind. Share the results with employees in terms of which behaviour will be kept and which practice will change.
