eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score)
eNPS is an engagement indicator calculated from 0-10 answers to "Would you recommend our company as a place to work to a friend?".
[DRAFT] Prepared for team approval; this note will be removed once approved.
The employee adaptation of customer NPS. Scores of 9-10 are promoters, 7-8 passives, 0-6 detractors; eNPS = % promoters − % detractors (from −100 to +100). Because it is a single fast question, it is a standard part of pulse surveys and employer brand KPI sets.
Why it matters
eNPS summarises how far the employer brand is validated from inside: if employees do not recommend the company, even the strongest external campaign is not credible. The trend over time matters more than a single value.
How it is used
- Quarterly or twice a year, with an open "why?" question
- Broken down by department, location and tenure
- Results and actions shared with employees
