Employer Brand Perception Research

In short

Employer brand perception research measures how employees and candidates see the company as an employer through surveys, interviews and focus groups.

[DRAFT] Prepared for team approval; this note will be removed once approved.

Research is the starting point of employer brand work. Perception is measured inside (employees) and outside (candidates, market); the gap between them shows what communication must close. Review platform comments, exit interviews and application data are part of it.

Why it matters

An EVP built on assumptions loses trust when it contradicts employees' reality. Research keeps the promise true and distinctive and provides the baseline for measuring progress.

Methods

  • Employee survey (quantitative) and focus groups (qualitative)
  • Leadership interviews
  • Candidate research and competitor benchmark
  • Social listening and review platform analysis
