Offer Acceptance Rate

In short

Offer acceptance rate is the percentage of job offers accepted; it measures the credibility of the candidate experience and employer brand at the final step.

[DRAFT] Prepared for team approval; this note will be removed once approved.

A low rate usually points to one of three causes: pay and benefits are not competitive, the process exhausted the candidate, or the candidate's perception of the company deteriorated during it. Short conversations with candidates who declined provide some of the most valuable employer brand data.

Link to the employer brand

The offer is the "closing" of the employer brand. The experience throughout the interviews, the personal touch and speed of the offer decide the candidate's answer.
